Abstract:
To provide a rotary shaft device that does not require a large amount of a lubricant, and can prevent a disc spring from being damaged earlier than the designed number of operations.SOLUTION: A rotary shaft device is applied to a main shaft device equipped with a hollow main shaft 1 rotatably disposed while turning an axis direction in a vertical direction, a draw bar 3 arranged in the main shaft 1 so as to axially move with respect to the main shaft 1, a disc spring assembly 5 made of a plurality of disc springs 4 arranged around the draw bar 3 and energizing the draw bar 3 upward with respect to the main shaft 1, and upper and lower collars 6 and 7 arranged around the draw bar 3 so as to axially move with respect to the draw bar 3 in upper and lower parts of the disc spring assembly 5. A part between the upper and lower collars 6 and 7 on an inner peripheral surface of the main shaft 1, is a conical surface 10 decreasing a diameter from an upper side to a lower side. When the rotary shaft rotates, lubricant adhered to an inner peripheral surface of the rotary shaft is transported by centrifugal force from a lower side to an upper side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
