The rotary structure has a cylindrical body, of which the top part is closed and provided with a small hole; three or more holes are provided at an equal angle to each other at the points lower than the top part of the cylindrical body; the rotary structure is further provided with a blower means located on the bottom of the cylindrical body, and a horizontal member which is structured of a cylindrical wall of a gas-impermeable and flexible material with both end parts closed; the horizontal member is provided with a small hole at the center on the upper face; a hole is arranged in the end part of one side face of the horizontal member; a hole is arranged in the other end part of the side face opposing one end face of the horizontal member; and the structure is assembled by inserting the top part of the cylindrical body in the hole having a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical body so that the inside of the cylindrical body communicates with the inside of the horizontal member via the hole of the cylindrical body and coupling them to each other.
