A sysnthesized siren sound generating circuit 15 and a selecting circuit 13 are used to generate a sysnthesized siren sound consisting of a basic siren sound of repeated high and low pitches (960 at a high pitch and 770 Hz at a low pitch; basic frequency), a 1st additional siren sound which is one octave lower than the basic siren sound, a 2nd additional siren sound which is one octave higher than the basic siren sound, and a 3rd additional siren sound which is two octaves higher than the basic siren sound.
