PURPOSE: To provide a rotary grinding tool capable of being manufactured with the low cost, longitudinally dividing the machining elements during the use, and directing the flat surfaces in the rotating direction.
CONSTITUTION: The array holes 32, 33 peripherally separated from one another are formed on the side walls 27, 28 of a boss 23 having an annular groove 22. The horizontal guide pins 35, 36 are inserted among two sets of adjacent array holes to form one sector. Then a bundle 50 of machining elements 21 having the longitudinal notches 42, 43 and an elliptical small hole 44 is driven in this sector, an instantaneous adhesive agent is injected from a slot 30 formed at least one of the side walls 27, 28, and the bundle of machining elements 21 is driven in the instantaneous adhesive agent to be fixed to the boss. Then one of the horizontal guide pins is drawn out, and inserted into the next array hole over the other horizontal guide pin to form the next sector, then the bundle 52 of machining elements is fixed to this sector, and these processes are repeated until a tool is completed.
