To provide an educational effect by which a rotary movement or the like is understood by toddlers by providing first and second sealed parts, and rotating a pointer element by rotating a rotary member which is provided on the second sealed part by a gas which is pushed out from the first sealed part.
A first toy part 5 is formed into the shape of a suitable character (an elephant in the sketch) using a rubber material in such a manner that a hollow part to receive a gas (e.g. air) may be provided. Then, by depress/open- operating the first toy part 5 by hand, the gas may be sucked into the hollow part from a second internal cavity 20, or the air in the hollow part may be pushed out to an external location through a first internal cavity 15. To the first internal cavity 15, a second toy part 10 is connected, and a rotary body constituted by radially providing a large number of fins, which is rotatably provided in the second toy part 10, is rotated when received the stream of the gas, and an arrow member 35 as a pointer element which is provided on the axis of the rotary body is rotated.
