Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary water jet gun which can be rotated at high speed, has simple construction, is compact and lightweight, is not much vibrated, and uses no high pressure swivel.
SOLUTION: This rotary water jet gun 100 has a motor 19, a rotating body 7, a ball body 5 having an immobile center on the rotating shaft and freely rotatably supported, a drive shaft 8 supported by the rotating body 7 and rotated together with it to drive massaging and rubbing motion of the ball body 5, and a jetting pipe 14 provided with a nozzle 25 and performing conical motion accompanied with the massaging and rubbing motion of the ball body 5. The drive shaft 8 is provided with a shaft part 8a connected and fixed to the ball body 5. Axes of the shaft part 8a and the jetting pipe 14 are inclined to the rotating shaft of the rotating body 7 and are on the same straight line passing through a center of the ball body 5. In order to feed high pressure water, a high pressure hose 21 is connected and fixed to the ball body 5, and also a high pressure water flow passage 62 for making the high pressure hose 21 and the ball body 14 communicate with each other is pierced in the ball body.
