Abstract:

To provide a rotating kite for avoiding craws, because eyeball marks, mirrors and craw air-bags are conventionally provided as bird-avoiding goods but become uneffective after accustomed thereto, wherein the kite is moved and, when rotating, abruptly changes to threaten the craws and thereby the craws fly away with laughing.

This rotating kite is obtained by using a kite made of a mirror finished film sheet attached with black feathers. The kite behaves in two manners of utilizing and non-utilizing wind. When utilizing the wind, the kite abruptly threatens and, even if the wind stops, a rotating body is changed its position by occasional wind.
