To provide a rotating sieve apparatus capable of efficiently performing rolling of a rod by preventing abrasion of a rolling generation means and capable of furthermore efficiently performing a sieving operation.
In the rotating sieve apparatus, a main body part of a rotating drum 1 rotatably supported is formed of a plurality of rods 2 interposing sieving gaps of a direction substantially parallel to the center line and the rolling generation means 5 which supports movably the rods 2 in bearing holes 3 and rolls the rods 2 in the bearing holes 3 by rotation of the rotating drum 1 in contact with the rods 2 is disposed along a part of the circumferential direction of the rotating drum 1, wherein the rolling generation means 5 is composed of a plurality of rotating rollers 6, the rods 2 in the bearing holes 3 between the rotating rollers 6 are in the falling state, are abutted to roller main bodies 6D of the rotating rollers 6 and, thereby, are rotated, are allowed to rise in the bearing holes 3 and are rolled.
