Title:
ROTATION DISC BRUSH HAVING PART FORMED BRAIDING STEEL WIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1086068
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a long longevity by sticking at least outer side parts of braided wires together by an elastic plastic material in a rotation disc brush having the parts formed by braiding steel wires.

Sticking 3 of wires in braided parts 2 is so implemented that, after the wires are braided, they are dipped in liquid composite of a plastic material and cured therein. For example, when polyurethane is used, the braided wires are cured after dipping them in solution which is just prepared from diisocianate and polyore. When heat melting type adhesive is used, the braided wires are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the heat melting type adhesive. After heating, they are dipped in the heat melting type adhesive.
