The rotation driving control device 40 for carrying out driving control of a rotating motor 21 is composed of: a driving command generating section 50 for generating a driving command for driving the rotating motor 21; a torque command generating section 60 for generating a torque current command according to a manipulated valuable of a lever 26A; and a correcting torque command generating section 61 for generating a correcting torque current command according to the manipulated variable and the rotational speed of the lever 26A. The torque current command is corrected by the correcting torque current command. Further the driving command generating section 50 generates the driving command, based on a corrected torque current command.
