Title:
ROTATION TRANSMISSION DEVICE WHICH CAN ROTATE OUTPUT SHAFT BY INPUT SHAFT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3934196
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output shaft from rotating in both the forward and reverse directions by external force by incorporating a friction wheel having a lock cam face and a transmission pin in a rotation transmission device which is used in a device which winds a covering sheet of a vinyl house into a sheet winding shaft to open and close it.
SOLUTION: When an input shaft 21 is rotated, a projection part 32 for releasing braking of a rotary body 34 advances, rotates, collides against a front fringe which forms recessed parts 27 of two friction plates 26, and pushes and turns both friction plates 26 equally. Moreover, a hole wall of a driving hole 30 provided in the rotary body 34 collides against a transmission pin 24 at the same time to transmit rotary force to a rotated body 23. In this condition, an output shaft 22 is freely rotated in the forward and reverse directions by the input shaft 21. When the output shaft 22 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions by load torque, however, the transmission pin 24 which is integral with the rotated body 23 collides against a lock cam face 28, and an outer peripheral fringe of the friction plate 26 is brought into pressure- contact with a casing 29 due to the impending effect of the lock cam face to prevent its rotation.
