Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly and precisely produce gear-shaped parts having a desired diameter rib regardlessly of an internal gear or an external gear. SOLUTION: While clamping disk stocks 30A, 30B at their inner peripheral parts, the stocks are rotated together with gear from dies 14, 20. The outer peripheral parts of the stocks are thrust in its radial direction into the gear form dies 14, 20 by the thrusting roller 28 in cantilever support, the gear from corresponding to the gear form 14-1, 20-1 of the gear form dies 14, 20 is form- rolled to the outer peripheral part of the stock to be a rib while forming the inner peripheral part to the rib.
