Title:
ROTOR OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004297935
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce the cost and noise of a brushless motor comprising a stator having wires wound in a plurality of slots and a rotor of a magnet.

The rotor of the brushless motor is constituted by integrally molding a low-rigidity material, such an elastomer, between the cylindrically molded rotor magnet and a rotor core portion fastened to an output shaft. Thus, the rotor is adapted to have vibration damping property. Provided that such an elastomer integral molding process is omitted, the above construction can be also used for a rotor which is not provided with the vibration damping property.
