PURPOSE: To obtain a rotor which reduces the number of components and which makes a molding operation easy by a method wherein a shaft which is hollow and cylindrical and in which a female screw has been formed on the inner circumferential face is formed by injection molding of a synthetic resin and casting of a cylindrical permanent magnet and the formation of the female screw are performed in an identical process in injection molding.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electromagnetic windings 7 are arranged so as to be faced with the outer circumference of a permanent magnet 1, they are electrified alternately by a control circuit, and an electromagnetic force which turns a rotor in the forward and reverse directions is generated between themselves and the permanent magnet 1. A shaft 3a is formed by injection molding of synthetic resin, radial stoppers are formed on both edges, the cylindrical permanent magnet 1 is cast concentrically in the injection molding operation, and a female screw 4 is formed at the same time. An advance and retreat movement shaft 5 is restrained from being turned by foiling the rotation of the rotor, and it is moved so as to be advanced and retracted together with the forward and reverse rotations of the rotor.
