Title:
ROTOR-TYPE RAKING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005262168
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To pulverize a powder or the like solidified in the form of a container into a fine powder or the like.

A rotor type raking apparatus is provided with two rotors 10 and 11, arranged side by side on the bottom of an object to be pulverized (H), which rotate inwardly and in opposite directions each other when looking them from above, and a driving member 25 which rotates the rotors. The rotors are provided with a number of prongs 16 and 17 on the circumference sections 12 and 13 for crushing the object to be pulverized. The prongs are detachably attached to the rotors. The rotors have L shape members, on the circumference sections, whose cross sections have virtually L shape extending in the axial direction. One side parts of the L shape members are fixed to the circumference sections, while the other side parts of the L shape members are projected upwards from the circumference sections to form the prongs. The other side parts rotate alternately, spaced apart at a predetermined interval, in the circumferential direction at the position of the two rotors closest to each other. The gap between the leading fronts of the rotors is set at 0.5 mm-1.5 mm. The object to be pulverized is a gas hydrate.
