Title:
ROTOR OF WATER SEALED SUBMERSIBLE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS609340
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress corrosive reaction on a core surface and between layers of the core by a method wherein, after the core is formed by lamination, the core is dipped into a resin and the surface of the core is coated with the resin and the laminated layers of the core are impregnated with resin. CONSTITUTION:Laminated layers of a core 1 are impregnated and the surface of a rotor 2 is coated with a resin 3. When a baking-type heat-resistant liquid epoxy resin is used as the resin, the core 1 is formed by lamination and adhering oil of the core 1 is removed and the core 1 is dipped into the resin. With this process, the laminated layers of the core 1 are impregnated with the resin and the surface of the rotor 2 is coated with the resin. After this impregnation process, the resin between the layers of the core 1 and on the surface of the rotor 2 is cured by baking. With this constitution, the corrosive reaction of the core is suppressed significantly and blocking of the rotor and rising of an internal pressure caused by the corrosion of the core can be suppressed.
