Abstract:
To provide a round punching device for improving quality and cutting accuracy of a round sheet while getting automatized and more efficient.
The round punching device for punching a square sheet (4-A) made of papers or synthetic resin sheets to have a circular shape includes: a clamping mechanism (upper 4-C, lower 4-C) for clamping the square sheet (4-A); a circular blade (4-E) vertically movable for cutting the square sheet (4-A); and a rotating mechanism (4-F) for rotating the cut sheet by a certain angle. The square sheet (4-A) is cut by the circular blade (4-E) every rotation of the rotating mechanism.
