Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an energy required for the heating of a rubber material in an extruder main body, and the cooling of a rubber base material which is extruded.
SOLUTION: A heat pump 5 is provided between a material heating section 3 which heats and plasticizes a rubber material R in an extruder main body 1, and a base material cooling section 4 which cools a rubber base material R' being extruded from the extruder main body 1. The heat pump 5 recovers the heat of the hot rubber base material R' which is extruded through a die 2 from the extruder main body 1 by an evaporator 52 as the evaporated latent heat through a cooling water CW at the base material cooling section 4, and feeds the recovered heat energy to the material heating section 3 as a compressed latent heat at the time of the liquefaction of the refrigerant at a condenser 51, and heats the rubber material R through a hot water HW.
