Abstract:
PURPOSE: To hold a rubber bushing so as not to fall out from an end wall part around an opening formed in a wall body.
CONSTITUTION: A penetrating member such as a pipe line, a cable, and the like is penetrated into an opening 4 formed in the wall body of a structure, and a rubber bushing 10 made of an elastic member such as rubber, urethane, or the like is installed on the end wall part, which partitively forms the opening, so that buffer action is executed to the penetrating member for preventing damage. In the rubber bushing 10, an almost U-shaped recessed groove 12 is formed over the whole length of the outer circumferential part of a ring-shaped elastic ring 11 and is fitted in the end wall part. Among the groove bottoms of the recessed groove 12 in the rubber bushing 10, a vertical clearance between the groove bottom parts 12c, 12d is set to be wider than the clearance between both end wall parts 4c, 4d of the opening 4, while the lateral clearance between the groove bottom parts 12a, 12b is set to be narrower than the clearance between the end wall parts 4a, 4b, so that the groove bottom parts 12c, 12d are elastically deformed to be strongly brought into pressure-contact with the end wall parts 4c, 4d, when they are installed in the end wall part.
