The rubber composite is obtained by adhering a molding formed using a rubber composition to brass, wherein zinc stearate adheres to at least a part of an adhesion surface of the molding and the brass, the rubber composition includes: a rubber component in which sulfur vulcanization is possible; and an oxide or a hydroxide of magnesium and/or an oxide or a hydroxide of calcium, and wherein the content of the oxide or the hydroxide of magnesium and/or the oxide or the hydroxide of calcium is 3-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the rubber component.
