Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the case of using a method for improving rolling resistance by blending a tire with silica as a substitute for carbon black, even though the use of high specific surface area silica is advantageous, particles easily aggregate and low rolling resistance cannot obtained and that, in the case of using a method for using a silane coupling agent having high reactivity, viscosity and scorch resistance are bad.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition obtained by blending (B) silica having BET specific surface area of 200 to 400 m/g of 5 to 200 pts.mass based on (A) diene rubber of 100 pts.mass, (C) a silane coupling agent of 1 to 20 mass% based on the silica and (D) glycerol mono fatty acid ester derived from fatty acid having 8 to 24 carbon atoms of 1 to 20 mass% based on the (B) silica.SELECTED DRAWING: None
