Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition for tires that can meet high standards for both on-ice performance and wear resistance.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for tires includes 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber, blended with 30 pts.mass or more of a white filler, and 0.5-30 pts.mass of particles with a glass transition temperature of -70°C to 0°C. The particles used here include a polymer of a monomer mixture including 80 mass%-99.5 mass% of a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer, 0.1 mass%-5 mass% of a diene monomer, and 0.4 mass%-15 mass% of a polyfunctional vinyl monomer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
