The rubber material composite A comprises a pair of metal plate members 10, 20 opposed to each other, and the rubber member 30 interposed between the pair of the members 10 and 20 and integrally adhered thereto. In this composite A, the members 10, 20 are zinc-plated at exposed surfaces and at least at an adhered peripheral edge to the member 30. The member 30 is constituted at a contact part of at least at the adhered peripheral edge to each metal plate member of a rubber composition obtained by mixing 100 pts.mass of a matrix rubber containing at least one type selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber, an isoprene rubber, a styrene butadiene copolymer rubber, a butadiene rubber, and an ethylene propylene copolymer rubber as a main body, with 3 to 10 pts.mass of an organic acid cobalt salt and 3 to 10 pts.mass of phenol formaldehyde resin.
