Abstract:
To automatically set thresholds used for rubber sheet monitoring.SOLUTION: A rubber sheet monitoring device 1 of this invention includes: a detection unit 102 that detects an edge 61 of a rubber sheet by performing image processing on each image constituting a time-series image obtained by photographing the rubber sheet sent to the downstream side by a camera 12 after molding the rubber sheet 6; a first calculation unit 103 that calculates an index value based on the edge; a second calculation unit 104 that calculates a threshold value by using the index value based on the edge detected from the image corresponding to a preset set time T, which is included in a period of a first state in which the change in the width direction of the rubber sheet is relatively small; a determination unit 105 that starts a process of comparing the index value and the threshold value, after the set time T2, and determines whether or not the comparison result satisfies a predetermined condition to be reported; and a report unit 106. When a determination is made that the condition to be reported is satisfied, the report unit reports it to an operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
