Title:
RUNNING CONTROLLER OF COIN CONVEYOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5556915
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a smooth belt coin conveyance by running a belt reversely to unscramble the overlapped coins when the coin is placed in an overlapped condition on the running belt.

CONSTITUTION: When a coin 19 which is overlapped each other is charged into an inlet clearance between a vertical belt section of driving belt 14 and a running belt 17, causing to apply overload to the driving belt 14 to lock the motor 10, flowing an excessive current for the motor 10. Consequently, a thyristor 27 is ignited, causing the relay R to energize to rotate the motor 10 in a reversed direction, and resulting to release the coins 19 from overlapping. Subsequently, the relay R is recovered immediately, permitting the motor 10 to drive the belt 14 so as to allow the coins 19 to move in a conveying direction.
