Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a photocoupler 2 for receiving a reflected light from a light emitting device with a light receiving device at the time of passing through the reflecting surface C formed in a game course A, and a counting means for receiving an output from the photocoupler and measuring at least a time.
