Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lead-free rustproof coating material and to provide a mirror having a back coating film obtained by using the same.
SOLUTION: The rustproof coating material comprises 100 pts. mass of a mixed resin of 60-80 mass% of an alkyd resin, 5-15 mass% of a melamine resin and 10-25 mass% of an epoxy resin, 40-60 pts.mass of extender pigment, 10-25 pts.mass of basic zinc calcium cyanamide and 40-60 pts.mass of a solvent. The mirror has the back coating film 4 obtained by using the same.
