To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of suppressing the perforation of a fuel tank caused by welding and suppressing an increase of manufacturing cost.
The saddle-riding type vehicle includes a mounting member 23 for mounting the fuel tank. The mounting member 23 includes a plate 32 and a first projection 31. The plate 32 is welded to the fuel tank by resistance welding. The first projection 31 constitutes an inserting section 39 into which a tank support member is inserted. The plate 32 and the first projection 31 are integrally molded. The first projection 31 includes a first wall 36, a second wall 37 and a connecting section 38. The first wall 36 is a portion in contact with the tank support member. The second wall 37 is provided at a position opposed to the first wall 36. The connecting section 38 is a portion for connecting ends of the first wall 36 and the second wall 37. The plate 32 includes a first plate 41 connected to the first wall 36 and a second plate 42 connected to the second wall 37.
