To provide a safe device for preventing a portable safe from being taken away as it is and improving the theft proofing performance of stored articles stored in the portable safe.

The safe device 100 comprises a portable safe 110, a storage body 120 for storing the portable safe to be freely taken in and out, and a safe locking and fixing mechanism 139 for locking and fixing both of them to each other. The storage body 120 is firmly fixed to the a fixture 210. The portable safe 110 has a safe body 111 having an opening portion in or out of which the stored articles are taken, a cover 112, and a cover locking mechanism 113. The cover locking mechanism 113 has an unlocking operation portion 113a provided at a place covered with the storage body 120 when the portable safe 110 is stored in the storage body 120, and so there is no case that the cover locking mechanism 113 is unlocked as the portable safe 110 remains stored in the storage body 120 and the stored articles in the portable safe 110 are stolen.
