Abstract:
To provide a safety device of a filter press device which can prevent or inhibit corrosion caused by slurry or a filtrate and stop the filter press device without deteriorating operation efficiency and an operation rate of the filter press device.SOLUTION: In a filter press device 1, multiple filter plates 4 are disposed between a first head 2 and a loose head 3 and filter materials 6 are disposed facing each other between the pair of filter plates 4. A safety device 12 of the filter press device 1 includes: a safety shelf 13 and a door 14 provided at the safety shelf 13, further includes a lock device 15 of the door 14, and is configured to stop forward movement or rearward movement of the loose head 3 when the lock device 15 locking the door 14 is unlocked in a step where the loose head 3 moves forward or rearward relative to the first head 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
