To provide a structure capable of surely operating a safety device even when a dry battery is weak in a burning appliance applying the dry battery as its main power source and comprising an igniter and the safety device of different driving voltages.
The burning appliance 1 applying the dry battery 2 as its power source comprises the igniter 3 of low driving voltage and the safety device A of high driving voltage composed of an abnormality detecting means 4 and an extinguishing mechanism 5, and the extinguishing mechanism 5 is operated to extinguish the fire when the abnormality detecting means 4 detects an abnormal state in a room during the burning of the burning appliance 1. The burning appliance 1 comprises the dry battery 2 as the power source for driving the safety device A of high driving voltage, and the safety device A is constituted to be directly driven by power source voltage of the dry battery 2. Further a resistor 8 connected with the igniter 3 in series, is mounted on a circuit of the igniter 3 energized by an ignition switch 7, and the power source voltage of the dry battery 2 is divided by internal resistance in energizing the igniter 3 and the resistor 8 to output the low driving voltage for the igniter 3.
