A signal generator 67 generates four lamp signals to execute operation checking to lamps 71-78 divided into four groups after an ignition switch is turned on, with a time shift for every group. When a communication node 63 with a source distribution function and an operation communication node 65 with a chassis function carry out the operation checking sequentially to the lamps 71-78 according to the lamp signals, a meter node 17 displays the inspection result obtained at the communication nodes 63, 65 whether each lamp 71-78 is normal or abnormal sequentially for each group.
