All of the communication from a sales store to consumers are sorted per each attribute, and the communication sorted per each attribute is divided into communication structural elements. The element performed by the sales store is input each time when the communication is taken place, and the input element data is statistically worked as a data for customers, and systematized as the information related to a sales step.
