To provide a sample clean-up device for mass spectrometer in which salts of low molecular weight can be removed from a biological sample of high molecular weight, e.g. protein, using a stream line flow in a substrate and a sample solution can be replaced by a solvent suitable for mass spectrometer.
The sample clean-up device for mass spectrometer comprises a sample injection opening for injecting a mixture sample, a clean up solution injection opening, a channel having a stream line flow of the mixture sample injected from the sample injection opening and a stream line flow of the clean up solution, a low molecular weight substance discharge opening for discharging low molecular weight substances in the mixture sample while being diffused into the clean up solution and separated, and a high molecular weight substance discharge opening for discharging high molecular weight substances in the mixture sample while separating from the channel.
