The filtering tool 40 is inserted into a storage chamber 14 for filter treatment of a sample adjusting container 10 for filtering the tissue solution acquired by crushing the living tissue by moving the filtering tool 40 held by the holding member 141 by the moving mechanism part 142, and the tissue solution is filtered to extract the filtrate, and the extracted filtrate is sucked through the opening 40e of the filtering tool 40.
