Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling rate conversion circuit, a reciprocal count value generation circuit, and a physical quantity sensor which are excellent in accuracy and capable of reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: Provided is a sampling rate conversion circuit which converts a sampling rate of a filter output value that is obtained by performing filter processing on a delta sigma modulation signal. The sampling rate conversion circuit comprises: a weighting coefficient generation part which acquires a weighting coefficient on the basis of an output timing of the filter output value and a sampling timing; and a sampling part which outputs, as a sampling value, the filter output value thus weighted with the use of the weighting coefficient. Without an insensitive period, the sampling part outputs, as the sampling value, a value weighted according to a ratio of the filter output value in an interval specified by the sampling timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
