Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sandwich molding method, in which the ratio of skin layer and core layer can be changed in a wide range at the time of sandwich molding with two injection units and a large-sized molding can be obtained by employing the same resin as each other in the injection units.
CONSTITUTION: Resin passages 3 and 4 starting from two injection units 21 and 22 are communicated with either one of a resin passage 14 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 7 of an injection head 23 and an inside resin passage 15 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 7 by turning the cylinder 7 by 180°.
