Abstract:
To provide a saturator and a converter exhaust gas treatment system that prevent stay/accumulation of dust in the saturator.SOLUTION: A saturator 3A includes a duct 30 with a downward slope through which exhaust gas passes, and spray means 31 and 32 for spraying water to the exhaust gas in the duct. A discharge flow path for the waste water generated by trapping the dust in the exhaust gas in the spray water is a groove-shaped flow path 20 having a pair of partition members such as side plates 21 and 22 as groove walls W and a groove having a groove width of the groove wall W at the bottom portion of the duct.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
