PURPOSE: To provide a schedule management system by which the schedules of the other users can be referred to, and the decision of the schedule common to plural persons can be easily attained.

CONSTITUTION: The schedule inputted from a work station 3 is supplied through an LAN cable 2 to a server 1. The server 1 stores the supplied schedule in a memory 4 in a batch, and manages the schedule of each user. Thus, each user can refer to the schedules of the others through the server 1. And also, the server 1 detects and transmits a common free time from the content of the schedule of each designated user in response to a request. The user communicates the common schedule decided from the pertinent free time to the other users. The communicated schedule is stored in the schedule of each user. The user receiving the information makes a response.
