Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing process scheduling system capable of grasping the long-range manufacturing plan of a product.
Those of size, single weight and numbers of a hot coil or an intermediate product are designed on the basis of an order or the like in a stock designing part 23. Likewise, a weekly-daily scheduling part 24 performs the manufacture scheduling of steelmaking-rolling processes and sheet metalworking processes with this designed stock. In addition, orders from users are managed a designed stock unit of the hot coil. The reason of why such a conception as this designed stock is introduced at this stage of the hot coil is that it is the very thing to determine the fundamental property in the case of a sheet metal product.
