To provide a scraper and a filtering or transferring apparatus of its fluid having high food safety with an automated scraping action by an automated scraping means with a little number of parts.
This scraper with a spiral blade 4 slidingly rotating along the inner periphery of an outer cylinder 1 filters or transfers by a screw having the spiral blade 4. The outer circumference of the spiral blade 4 is set to noncontact with the inner periphery of the outer cylinder, and a spiral guide part 5 divided into a lot of parts of a given length is provided at the outer circumference of the spiral blade 4. A lot of circular scraper pieces 7 are fitted to along the guide part 5, and adjacent scraper pieces 7 are normally brought into sliding contact with the inner periphery of the outer cylinder by a tapering action of the automated scraping means.
