Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a scratch shielding agent for a container which is not only superior in a scratch shielding effect but also does not cause the generation of white powder by the vibration at the time of transport.
CONSTITUTION: The title scratch shielding agent for container consists of 100 pts.wt. of a specified hardenable polyorganosiloxane, 0.1-30 pts.wt. of polydiorganosiloxane of which the terminal is blocked by a triorganosilyl group, silanol group or alkoxy group, and the viscosity of which at 25°C is 5-1,000,000cSt, and 50-2000 pts.wt. of volatile solvent, and the viscosity at 25°C of the title scratch shielding agent is 2-10,000cSt.
