An interlocking device 11 designates a part to be controlled which is displayed on a display part 15 from an input part 16 consisting of a pointing device such as a mouse through a display control part 14, and the designated data are operated by a control part 12 to control the equipment group 17 such as a point and a signal. The operational condition of the train and the condition of the equipment group 17 are incorporated in the control part 12 as the data, and displayed on the display part 15. The display part 15 displays the railway track and the signal, the present position of the train, and the direction of the switch, and the starting point and the arriving point are displayed by the color change display and the blinking display to set the route, and the route can be set by successively designating the starting point and the arriving point to be displayed.
