Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer that can improve printing quality.SOLUTION: A screen printer 1 keeps a printing target material fixed under a screen mask 2 fixed on a plate frame 3. A squeegee 6 moves over the screen mask 2 while pressing the screen mask 2 on the printing target material. A printing liquid 41 supplied onto the screen mask 2 penetrates a printing pattern 21 by the movement of the squeegee 6 to coat the printing target material. The squeegee 6 has a lower hardness in a part unlikely to be deformed by the reaction of the screen mask than in a part likely to be deformed, and those parts are integrally molded. Therefore, variations in printing pressure acting on the printing liquid 41 and the printing target material from the squeegee 6 via the screen mask 2 are reduced.
