To vibrate a mask efficiently when a lower surface of the mask is cleaned.SOLUTION: A screen printer 1 prints cream solder 60 on a substrate P by using a mask 11C and includes: a cleaning head 14A which uses cleaning paper 22 to clean a lower surface of the mask 11C; a vibration generation part 40 which contacts with an upper surface of the mask 11C to cause the mask 11C to vibrate; and moving parts (a first moving part 14B and a second moving part 41) which synchronously move the cleaning head 14A and the vibration generation part 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
