Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for further increasing a torsional amount of a screw bar manufactured through a drawing process.SOLUTION: A screw bar is manufactured, on a drawing process machine, by drawing out a dice 901 while rotating it in a circumferential direction at a desired speed. The circumferential rotation direction is expressed as Sd. Drawing drive force to draw out a wire rod A can be obtained by rotating a pulling bobbin 912. A length (a unit length) in an axial direction of the screw bar required when the screw bar rotates one revolution is increased as the drawing drive force gets larger. Thus, a torsional amount of the screw bar can be further increased by adjusting a rotation direction Sr of a rotor on a straightening machine in a post-process to Sd, and thereby reinforce strength of the screw bar by increasing the maximum torsional strength, a torsional elastic limit and a torsional elastic angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
