PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw member with a flow passage groove where fluid circulates smoothly.SOLUTION: A screw member 1 with a flow passage groove where fluid circulates smoothly includes: a screw part 22, and non-screw parts 21, 23 adjacent to the screw part 22. On a surface of the screw part 22, formed is a flow passage 31 configured to flow fluid from one side to the other side along an axial direction of the screw part 22.
