Title:
SCREW TIGHTENING STRUCTURE FOR WOODEN WORK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3171430
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a permanent anti-vibration tightening with no looseness in a wooden building by providing a turning stopper to a washer and forming an engaged part engaged in a loosening stop direction mutually between the washer and bolt head or nut.
SOLUTION: A engaged projection 5 is formed on the tightening surface of both bolt head 4 and nut 3. This bolt 1 is inserted to a bolt hole bored on a wooden work and a washer 2 is interposed between the bolt head 4 or nut 3 and the wooden work and when the bolt head 4 or nut 3 is turned in a tightening direction F, the washer 2 is crimped to the wooden work. The washer 2 bites a turning stopper 8 formed by a thick part 7 into the wooden work and the turning of the washer itself is checked. Under this state, as the bolt head 4 or nut 3 is engaged the groove surface 5b of an engaged projection 5 with the engaged part 8 of the washer 2 for the loosening direction and the turning toward the loose direction is checked, a perfect loosening stopper means can be constituted.
