Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a screw vacuum pump which generates a small noise even in a high speed rotation.
CONSTITUTION: Motors M1 and M2 formed to the rotors respectively in order to drive a male rotor 10 and a female rotor 11; inverters 2 and 3 to deliver an AC signal for driving, or a pulse signal for driving, to the motors M1 and M2 respectively; and a controller 4 to deliver control signals to control the frequencies of the inverters 2 and 3; are provided, and the rotational frequencies of the male rotor 10 and the female rotor 11 are driven and controlled.
