Abstract:
To provide a scroll compressor in which leakage of a refrigerant gas from the lap tooth tip face is precluded to the utmost without using any thrust plate.
A coating film made from a solid lubricant consisting of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), molybdenum disulfide, or carbon, or a mixture thereof is provided through a baking process on the abutting surface of a revolving scroll 7 with a stationary scroll 6.
